Our End of Season Sale is our way of making room for the next collection. Many of these styles will not be restocked once they're gone.

 

Sale Terms

• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Requests for exchanges or store credit must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases.
• Sale items cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
• Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies or pricing errors.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for all domestic orders. Orders over $250 will receive free domestic shipping. Items are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be issued upon shipment. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Domestic Refunds / Exchanges

Big Rock Candy Mountaineering full-price purchases returned within 14 days of their arrival date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for a full refund or an exchange. All 'Last Call Sale' items are final sale.

Please note that shipping and handling are NOT refundable. The cost of the return label provided will be deducted from your refund.

Please note the following:

• Once a return label is sent, you have 10 business days to drop off the return, or the refund/exchange will be canceled.

• Items must be returned in good sellable condition. Please return the items in their original poly bag with the hangtags attached and the packaging properly sealed. This ensures the product arrives undamaged and you can receive your full refund/exchange.

• Failure to follow these instructions may result in a rejection of your return/exchange.

 

Big Rock Candy Mountaineering reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items or for any other exploitation of this return policy.

International Shipping & Returns

Orders under $250 USD ship for a flat $30 USD, and orders over $250 USD qualify for free international shipping.

 

All international orders are shipped with DHL and include tracking. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

 

Duties, VAT, tariffs, and other applicable import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise import fees due upon delivery.
