Domestic Shipping & Returns (USA)

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All items are shipped using UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be issued upon shipment. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.

If you are not satisfied with your Big Rock Candy Mountaineering purchase, you may return items from your order for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that shipping and handling is NOT refundable. All sale / off-season items are final sale.

International Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All items are shipped using DHL. Tracking information will be issued upon shipment. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. 

Big Rock Candy Mountaineering is unable to accept international returns at this time. Please email info@bigrockcandymountaineering.com with any questions prior to purchase.

Refunds / Exchanges

Big Rock Candy Mountaineering full-price purchases returned within 14 days of their arrival date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for a full refund or for an exchange.

 

Big Rock Candy Mountaineering reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
